Dhaba Style Kadhi Pakoda Recipe

Prepare besan (gram flour) batter with water, salt, turmeric, and red chili powder.

For the kadhi, whisk yogurt, besan, water, turmeric, salt, and chili powder.

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, and dried red chilies.

Add asafoetida, curry leaves, ginger, and garlic paste. Cook until fragrant.

Add pakoras and cook until they soak up the flavors.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
