Dhaba Style Mutton Masala Curry Recipe

Marinate Mutton: Marinate mutton pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices like turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala.

Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.

Add Spices: Add spices like cumin, coriander, and Kashmiri red chili powder, cook until fragrant.

Cook Mutton: Add marinated mutton to the pan and cook until it changes color.

Simmer: Add water or broth, cover, and simmer until mutton is tender.

Garnish: Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or bread for an authentic dhaba-style experience.
