Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and yogurt to form a dough.

Let the dough rest for an hour.

For the stuffing, mix mashed potatoes, onions, green chilies, coriander, and spices.

Divide the dough and stuffing into equal portions.

Roll out a portion of dough, place stuffing, and seal.

Flatten and cook on a hot griddle until golden brown.

Brush with ghee and serve hot with chole or raita.
