Dhaniya Panjiri Recipe

1 cup coriander powder, 1/2 cup ghee, 1/2 cup powdered sugar or jaggery, 1/4 cup chopped nuts, 1/4 cup grated coconut,
Heat ghee
in a pan.
Add coriander powder
and roast until aromatic.
Stir in grated coconut
and roast briefly.
Mix in chopped nuts
and roast until golden.
Remove from heat
and let it cool slightly.
Add powdered sugar
or jaggery and cardamom powder.
Mix well
and let it cool completely.
Store in an airtight container
and serve as a festive sweet.
