Easter 2024:  How To Make Carrot Cake At Home

Carrot cake is usually made around the time of Easter. Here's a step-by-step guide to make it at home.

Carrot - 100 gm Flour - 60 gm Castor sugar - 60 gm Egg - 1 Oil - 60 gm Baking soda - 2 gm Baking powder - 2 gm Salt - 2 gm Walnut - 1/2 cup Cinnamon - 2 gm

Ingredients

Grate the carrot and squeeze out the excess water.

Step 1

Take egg, oil and sugar to mix together.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl take all dry ingredients.

Step 3

Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.

Step 4

Pour the mix into a lined mould and bake at 180 C for 25-30 minutes.

Step 5

Decorate with Easter theme garnish.
