Here's an easy 15-minute recipe you can try at your next house party.
1 cup chopped mushrooms 1 cup chopped spring onions 1 cup grated carrot 1 tsp oil 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1/2 tsp grated ginger 1 tsp soya sauce 1 tsp vinegar Salt and Pepper as per taste 1 cup crumbled paneer/tofu 4/5 rice paper sheets
Saute all your veggies until they are properly cooked.
Next, add salt and pepper to the mixture.
Proceed by placing a good amount of cooked vegetables onto a rice paper sheet.
Seal the dumplings securely by wrapping the paper around the filling to prevent any spillage.
Air fry the dumplings for approximately 15 minutes or until they achieve a crispy exterior.
Serve alongside either chilli oil or garlic sauce for added flavour.
