Ingredients Almonds - 250 gm Desi Ghee - 3 cups Sugar - 1 cup
Step 1
Blanch the almonds in hot water.
Step 2
Peel off the almond skin.
Step 3
To make a paste of the almonds, put them in a blender and mix them till it becomes a course paste.
Step 4
Take a pan, heat desi ghee, and add the almond paste.
Step 5
Add sugar and keep cooking on a low flame till it turns golden brown.
Step 6
The halwa is ready. Serve it hot with pieces of almonds as garnishing.
