Ingredients for marination: Raw Chicken 1/2 kg Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste 2 tsp Salt (According to the taste) Lemon Juice 2 tsp Curd 1/2 cup Garam Masala 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi 1 tsp Mustard Oil 2 tsp

 Ingredients for gravy: Oil 2 tsp Butter Cubes 2 Cloves 4 Cinnamon Stick, sliced 1 Mace 1 tsp Cardamom 7 Tomatoes, chopped 4 Garlic 1 tsp Ginger 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1.5 tsp Kasuri Methi 1 tsp Honey 2 tsp Green Chilli 4 Cardamom Powder 2 tsp Cream 1 tbsp

Step 1 For marination, take a bowl and add raw chicken pieces, salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice. Mix it well.

Step 2 Refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes.

Step 3 After 20 minutes, add curd to the refrigerated mix with salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, kasuri methi and mustard oil. Mix it well and refrigerate again for 1 hour.

Step 4 Roast the marinated chicken in an oven for about 30 minutes until it is three-fourth done.

Step 5 For chicken gravy, heat a pan and add oil and butter cubes to it.

Step 6 Add cloves, cinnamon stick, mace and cardamom. Saute and then add chopped tomatoes, garlic and ginger. Mix well and then grind it.

Step 7 In another pan, heat another two cubes of butter, along with ginger garlic paste.

Step 8 Add the tomato puree made from the mixture. Now add red chilli powder, kasuri methi, honey and finally the roasted chicken pieces. Let it simmer.

 Step 9 Add green chilli, cardamom powder and cream. Mix well.
