MAKHANA CHAAT
RECIPE

Roast 1½ cup of makhana on low flame until it is crunchy.
Take 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped cucumber, 2 tbsp green chutney, and 2 tbsp tamarind chutney.
In the same bowl, add ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp aamchur powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, and salt to taste in a bowl.
Add the roasted makhana to the bowl and give it a good mix.
Garnish with roasted peanuts and coriander leaves.
