Easy And Delicious Pad Thai Recipe

Boil your favourite noodles and place them aside in a bowl.

For the sauce, mix in 3 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 5 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp tamarind paste, 1 tbsp sriracha sauce, and 2 tbsp peanut butter.

Take a pan and sauté chopped garlic and onion till it is cooked.

Throw in a protein (egg, chicken, or tofu) and cook it in the same pan.

Add noodles, bean sprouts, and the sauce. Mix well.

Serve with peanuts, garlic chives, and a sprinkle of lime.
