Step 1Dry roast coriander seeds, pepper, and cumin in a pan. Powder the dry roasted spices into mortar and pestle.
Step 2Take a bowl and mash four potatoes. In another bowl, mash peas. Now, combine peas and potatoes in one bowl.
Step 3Add ginger paste. Saute onion in a pan and add it to the mashed potatoes.
Step 4Add a little salt, roasted masala spice, green chilli, fresh coriander, and red chilli powder into the aloo tikki mixture. Mix well. Add 1/2 tsp oil for some moisture.
Step 5Take a portion of the aloo tikki mixture, make a ball out of it, and gently flatten it into a round shape. Keep them in a fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 6Sprinkle some flour onto them.
Step 7In a pan, shallow fry the aloo tikki with refined oil. Garnish with imli ki chutney, green chutney, and dahi, and serve hot.
