Easy and Tasty Coconut Fish Curry Recipe

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Sauté 1 chopped onion until golden brown
Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tbsp grated ginger; cook for 1 minute.
Stir in 1 tbsp curry powder and 1 tsp turmeric; cook for 30 seconds.
Pour in 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk; simmer for 5 minutes.
Add 400 g fish fillets (cut into chunks) and cook until fish is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
