Ingredients

Vermicelli/seviyaan, boiled - 2 cups Onion, finely chopped - 1 Potato, chopped/boiled - 1 Curry leaves - 10 Peanuts, roasted - 1/2 cup Black mustard seeds - 1 tsp Garlic cloves, chopped - 2 Ginger, chopped - 1 tsp Oil - 4 tsp Salt - As per taste

In a wok/kadhai add oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Add ginger and garlic. Saute for a minute.

Add chopped onions and cook.

Add potatoes and salt. Cook for some time. Add roasted peanuts.

Add the boiled vermicelli. Toss well.
