Kulfi is one of the most loved summer desserts from Indian cuisine. Try this delicious kesar kulfi recipe at home.
Milk - 2 cups Condensed Milk - 1 cup Cornflour - 2 tbsp Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp Almonds, crushed - 1 tbsp Cashews, crushed - 1 tbsp Cardamoms, crushed - 2 Saffron Strands - 7 or 8
Take milk in a pan, and bring to a simmer while stirring. Add condensed milk to the pan.
Stir well. Add crushed cardamoms to the pan.
Stir thoroughly and bring it to a boil. Add chopped cashews and almonds to the boiling milk, and stir well.
Take the cardamom powder, saffron, and cornflour separately dissolved in a tsp of milk, and add them to the boiling milk mixture.
Stir it thoroughly to make a thick consistency.
Keep it aside to cool down completely. Now, put the thick paste into separate molds of kulfi.
Refrigerate the molds for 3 to 4 hours. Serve the chilled frozen kulfi, garnished with almonds and cashews.
