Easy Baingan Pakora (Without Frying) Recipe

Slice Eggplant: Cut eggplant into thin, round slices.

Prepare Batter: Mix gram flour, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin seeds, salt, and water to make a smooth batter.

Coat Slices: Dip each eggplant slice into the batter, ensuring an even coat.

Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Arrange on Tray: Place the coated slices on a greased baking tray.

Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Serve: Serve hot with chutney.
