Easy Banana Pancake Recipe Your Kids Will Love

If your child crinkles their nose at the sight of a banana or is a picky eater, consider trying this nutritious and delicious pancake recipe.

 Ingredients:    2 ripe bananas    2 cups of milk    1/2 cup flour    1/4 teaspoon baking soda    1 teaspoon baking powder    2 teaspoons sugar    1/4 teaspoon salt    3 teaspoons butter    2 tablespoons vinegar    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1: Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth. Add two cups of milk and beat well.

Step 2: Gradually add flour and whisk until smooth.

Step 3: Incorporate baking soda, baking powder, sugar, salt, butter, vinegar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

Step 4: Lightly grease a frying pan with olive oil and spoon the batter onto it, spreading it with the back of a spoon.

Step 5: Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Step 6: Serve with fresh fruit and a drizzle of high-quality honey.
