Easy Chana Masala Recipe in 15 Minutes

Ingredients: 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed, 1 onion, finely chopped, 2 tomatoes, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, minced
Ingredients: 1-inch ginger, grated, 2 tablespoons chana masala spice mix, 1 tablespoon oil, Salt to taste, Fresh cilantro
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion until golden brown.
Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add chana masala spice mix and salt, cook for 2 minutes.
Add chickpeas and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve hot with rice or naan.
