Easy Cheese Balls Recipe To Prepare At Home

1 cup grated cheese, 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tbsp coriander leaves Salt and pepper, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, Oil 

In a mixing bowl, combine grated cheese, chopped bell peppers, onions, coriander leaves, green chili (if using), salt, and pepper.

Mix everything well to form a dough-like consistency. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your palms.

Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until coated evenly. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry the cheese balls in batches until they turn golden brown on the outside. Remove the cheese balls using a spoon, drain excess oil

Serve hot with ketchup or any dipping sauce of your choice.
