Easy Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe Without Oven

   Ingredients    1/3 cup castor sugar    1/4 tbsp melted butter    1/2 cup warm milk    1/2 cup all-purpose flour    4 tbsp cocoa powder    1/2 tsp baking powder    1/4 tsp baking soda    2 large cubes of couverture chocolate    Icing sugar, to dust (optional)

Set a kadhai on low-medium heat and spread a layer of salt at its bottom.

Place a small stand in the centre and place a plate on it. Close the lid of the kadhai. Let it preheat for about 10-12 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the sugar and melted butter. Pour in the warm milk and mix until well combined.

Next, add the dry ingredients — flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until a smooth batter forms.

Divide the batter into 3 small bowls and place a big chunk of chocolate in the middle.

Place the bowls in the preheated kadhai and cook them for 12-15 minutes.

Once cooked, serve warm with a dusting of icing sugar.
