Easy Dahi Idli Recipe

Ingredients

   200 gms curd    50 grams of milk    Salt to taste    60 grams sugar    6 pieces small idlis (homemade or    store-bought)    Rye and curry leaves (for garnishing)

Strain the curd in a bowl (this will remove the extra water from the curd).

Now add milk to the curd and mix well.

Then add salt and sugar as per taste and beat well. Make sure that there are no lumps in the curd.

Now place the idlis in a large bowl or plate.

Pour the curd mixture over the idli.

Add tempering of mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Then garnish with green coriander and serve immediately. If you want, you can also add boondi or anardana on top.
