Easy Dahi Vada Recipe

Soak Dal: Soak urad dal in water for 4-6 hours

Grind Dal: Drain and grind the dal into a smooth batter

Fry Vadas: Shape the batter into small balls and deep fry until golden brown.

Soak Vadas: Soak the fried vadas in warm water for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare Yogurt: Whisk yogurt with salt, cumin powder, and a bit of sugar.

Assemble Dish: Squeeze water from vadas, place them in a serving dish, and pour the yogurt mixture over them.

Garnish: Garnish with tamarind chutney, coriander leaves, and chaat masala. Serve chilled.
