Easy Dahi Vada Recipe

Soak Dal
: Soak urad dal in water for 4-6 hours
Grind Dal
: Drain and grind the dal into a smooth batter
Fry Vadas
: Shape the batter into small balls and deep fry until golden brown.
Soak Vadas
: Soak the fried vadas in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare Yogurt
: Whisk yogurt with salt, cumin powder, and a bit of sugar.
Assemble Dish
: Squeeze water from vadas, place them in a serving dish, and pour the yogurt mixture over them.
Garnish
: Garnish with tamarind chutney, coriander leaves, and chaat masala. Serve chilled.
