Easy Indian-Style Macaroni Recipe

Cook Macaroni: Boil 1 cup macaroni in salted water until al dente, then drain.

Heat Oil: In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.

Add Aromatics: Add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and sauté until golden.

Add Veggies: Mix in chopped tomatoes, capsicum, carrots, and peas; cook until tender.

Add Spices: Sprinkle chili powder, turmeric, and garam masala, then stir well.

Combine Macaroni: Add the cooked macaroni to the pan and toss to coat with spices.

Garnish: Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on top.
