Dahi kebab is a popular north Indian snack that can be made on many occasions. Here's a step-by-step guide to making dahi kebab at home.
Hung curd - 2 cups Paneer, grated - 1 cup Besan - 1/4 cup Onion, chopped - 1 Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Haldi - 1 tsp Jeera powder - 1 tsp Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup Salt - As per taste Coriander leaves - A handful
Add the hung curd, paneer, onion, besan, red chilli powder, garam masala, haldi, ginger-garlic paste, jeera powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
Make small kebabs out of this mix. Take a plate and spread breadcrumbs on it.
Spread the prepared curd-paneer kebabs in it and make sure they are evenly coated.
Transfer them to a baking tray lined with butter paper and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25-30 minutes.
Bake them until they become golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot along with chutney and enjoy.
