Main Ingredients: Pav bread, butter, pav bhaji masala, onions, tomatoes, salt and spices.
Heat a pan and add butter. Saute sliced onions until translucent, then add tomatoes.
Add boiled and mashed potatoes along with chopped vegetables.
Mix well and mash vegetables using a potato masher until combined.
Season with pav bhaji masala, salt, and spices to taste. Let it cook for a few minutes.
Mash everything again for a smooth mixture.
Add more butter for extra flavour and simmer for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
In another pan, toast pav bread with butter until crispy and golden brown.
Seeque lemon in the bhaji and serve it in a bowl.
Serve with toasted pav bread and onions on the side.
