Easy Ragi Dosa Recipe

Mix 1 cup ragi flour, ½ cup rice flour, ¼ cup semolina, and salt.

Add 1 cup yogurt and water to make a smooth batter.

Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Add chopped onions, green chilies, and coriander.

Heat a pan, pour a ladle of batter, and spread thinly.

Drizzle oil around the edges. Cook until crispy on both sides.

Serve hot with chutney.
