Easy Rose And Vanilla Cupcake Recipe

   Ingredients    1-1/2 cups all purpose flour    3/4 tsp baking powder    1/4 tsp salt    6 tbsp butter, softened    3/4 cup sugar    2 large eggs    1 tsp vanilla extract    1/4 cup milk    1/4 cup strawberry puree    Pink colour, a few drops (optional)    For frosting    1 cup unsalted butter    3 cups powdered sugar    2 tbsp heavy cream    1 tsp vanilla extract    1/4 tsp rose water    Tiny pinch of salt    For garnish    Dried rose petals    Pistachios, slivered    Chandi dark, as required

Preheat the oven at 180 degree C. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.

In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time mixing well. Add in vanilla extract, rose water and mix again.

Add this mixture into the flour along with milk, strawberry puree, pink colour and mix again.

Add into the cupcake liners and bake for 15-20 minutes.

For frosting, add softened butter and sugar until it is fluffy.

Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, rose water and salt. Mix again and add to a piping bag.

Top the cupcakes with frosting and garnish with rose petals, pistachios and silver dark.
