Easy Sabudana Vada Recipe

Soak Sabudana: Soak sabudana in water for 4-6 hours; drain well.

Mix Ingredients: Combine soaked sabudana with boiled potatoes, crushed peanuts, green chilies, and spices.

Shape Vadas: Form the mixture into small, flat patties.

Heat Oil: Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Fry Vadas: Fry the patties until they are golden brown and crispy.

Drain and Serve: Drain on paper towels; serve hot with chutney.
