Tasty And Easy Rava Khichadi Recipe

Ingredients:
Semolina (rava), oil or ghee, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, chopped onion, tomato, green chilies
Ingredients: grated ginger, curry leaves, mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, beans), water, salt, and fresh coriander.
Dry roast rava until light golden and set aside. Heat oil or ghee in a pan.
Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add urad dal and chana dal; fry until golden.
Add onions, green chilies, ginger, curry leaves; sauté.Add tomatoes and mixed vegetables; cook until soft.
Pour in water and salt; bring to a boil. Gradually add roasted rava, stirring continuously.
Cook until water is absorbed and khichadi is fluffy. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
