First prepare dough. Use 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, salt, oil and water.
To make sauce, saute 2 minced garlic cloves in 2 tbsp oil.
Add 1 cup tomato puree, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp oregano, salt. Cook for 10 mins.
Meanwhile, chop vegetables and grate cheese.
Heat a large pan on low for 10 mins.
Roll out the dough and divide it into 2. Shape each portion into a circle.
Place dough in a preheated pan, and cook 2-3 mins until crispy.
Spread sauce, veggies and cheese.
Cover with lid, cook on low for 10-15 mins until cheese melts and crust is crispy.
Remove from pan, slice, and enjoy!
