Easy Thai Sticky Rice With Mango Recipe At Home

Soak 1 cup glutinous rice in water for 4 hours. Steam rice for 20-25 minutes until tender.

Heat 1 cup coconut milk with 1/4 cup sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir until sugar dissolves.

Pour 3/4 of the coconut sauce over the hot rice. Mix and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Slice 2 ripe mangoes. Serve rice with mango slices. Drizzle remaining coconut sauce on top.

Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds (optional)
