Easy Vanilla Eggless Cake Recipe Without Oven

Ingredients All-purpose flour/Maida - 1 cup Baking Powder - 1 tsp Baking Soda - 1 tsp Castor Sugar - 1/4 cup Curd - 1/2 cup Butter - 1/4 cup Milk - 1 cup Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp Vinegar - 1 tsp

 Step 1 Take a bowl, put the curd and powdered sugar, and start mixing them well with a whisk or a spoon.

Step 2 Add vanilla essence and vegetable oil to the mix and stir it until it is properly mixed.

Step 3 Take a sieve and pour in all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

Step 4 Gradually add milk to the mixture while you stir it to form a smooth batter. 

 Step 5 Your eggless vanilla cake batter is now ready. Take a cake mould and make sure to grease it with oil. Then place a piece of butter or parchment paper in the mould.

 Step 6 Pour the batter into the mould and make sure to tap it after so that all the air bubbles escape.

Step 7 Take a non-stick pan and place a stand inside it. Cover the pan with a lid and place the mould with the batter.

 Step 8 Cover the pan and let the batter cook for 40 to 45 minutes on low heat. Insert a toothpick to check the cake’s consistency.  If nothing sticks to the toothpick then the cake is ready.

 Step 9 The cake is ready to serve, enjoy.
