Easy Vegan Kulfi Recipe

Blend 1 cup soaked cashews, 1 cup coconut milk, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup maple syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon cardamom until smooth

Pour the mixture into molds. Freeze for at least 6 hours.

To serve, dip the molds in warm water for a few seconds to loosen the kulfi
