Easy Vegan Malpua Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup semolina (sooji), 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup jaggery syrup, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds,
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp cardamom powder, 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed), oil for frying.,
Mix flour, semolina, coconut milk, and jaggery syrup in a bowl. Add fennel seeds and cardamom powder.
Gradually add water to form a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour a small ladle of batter into the oil, forming a small pancake.
Fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve warm, garnished with nuts or coconut flakes if desired.
