Ingredients 1/2 cup milk 1 tbsp custard powder 4 tbsp condensed milk 2 slices of brioche bread 3-4 tbsp chocolate spread Butter, for greasing
First, add the milk, custard powder and condensed milk in a bowl and whisk it well till everything is nicely combined and no lumps remain.
Now take a slice of brioche bread and spread a generous layer of chocolate spread over it. Sandwich it with another slice of bread.
Soak the sandwich on each side in the French toast batter. Make sure to dip each side for 10 seconds at least to ensure full soaking.
Now take a pan set on low-medium heat and grease it nicely with butter.
Once the pan is hot, transfer the soaked French toast over it and cook from all sides till nicely golden brown.
Serve it hot with a drizzle of condensed milk and a cube of butter.
