With his 2nd strike, Haaland took his tally to a record 34 goals in 36 appearances.
The Manchester City striker has now become the highest goal scorer for Norway.
Haaland surpassed Norwegian legend Jorgen Juve to achieve this feat.
Juve's goalscoring record has been intact since 1934.
Alexander Sorloth scored the other goal to earn a convincing win for Norway against Slovenia.
Sorloth found the back of the net in the 52nd minute.
Norway will next face Austria on Monday, October 14.
