Tournament opener: Germany vs Scotland on 14 June in Munich

The final will take place on 14 July at Olympiastadion Berlin

GROUP A: Germany, Hungary, Scotland, Switzerland

GROUP B: Spain, Albania, Croatia, Italy

GROUP C: England, Denmark, Slovenia, Serbia

GROUP D: France, Austria, Netherlands, Playoff winner (Poland, Estonia, Wales or Finland)

GROUP E: Belgium, Romania, Slovakia, Playoff winner (Israel, Iceland, Bosnia-Herzegovina or Ukraine)

GROUP F: Portugal, Turkey, Czech Republic, Playoff winner (Georgia, Luxembourg, Greece or Kazakhstan)
