Phalsa Ka Sharbat Recipe

Combine 1 cup falsa berries, 4 cups water, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder, ice cubes
Wash and soak falsa berries in 4 cups water for 1-2 hours.
Blend soaked berries with water until smooth.
Strain the mixture to remove seeds and pulp.
Add sugar, black salt, and roasted cumin powder to the strained juice.
Stir until sugar dissolves. Serve chilled with ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
