Ganesh Chaturthi Sesame Seeds Modak Recipe

Ingredients: 1 cup sesame seeds, 1 tbsp ghee, 2/3 cup jaggery, 3 tsp milk

Dry roast sesame seeds on low heat. Grind to a coarse powder.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add jaggery and let it melt.

Mix in sesame powder and mix well. Take it off the heat.

Once cooled, add in milk. Start shaping the balls.

Grease the modak mould. Place rice flour dough and fill with the filling.

Steam and serve warm.
