Nitesh's left leg was amputated following a train accident in 2009, a life-altering event that left him bedridden but fueled his determination to excel.

Despite his physical challenges, Nitesh successfully cleared the IIT entrance exam, joining IIT Mandi in 2013, where he first developed a passion for badminton.
