Gujarati Rice Rotla Recipe

Gujarati rice rotla can be made with leftover rice, wheat flour, green chilies, chopped onion, and some spices. Try this tasty recipe at home.

Rice - 1 cup Atta - 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped - 1 Green chillies, chopped - 4 Curd - 2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Salt - As per taste Coriander leaves - A handful of Oil - For cooking

Ingredients

Add the rice to a bowl. Add atta, chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, curd, red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into a dough as you normally would.

Take a small portion of the dough and roll it out evenly using a rolling pin.

Grease the tawa with some oil, and place the prepared rotla on it.

Cook until golden brown and crispy. Flip and cook the other side, and your rice rotla is ready to be relished.
