Keep drinking water to avoid dehydration, dry mouth, and lack of perspiration during workout.

If you have longer hair, pull it back and away from your face while working out.

Try not to touch your face. Its best to get some toner pads, and wipe your face off, at the end of your workout.

If you become overheated easily after working out, suck on some ice.
