Is goat cheese good for you? Here are its health benefits

Also known as chèvre, this delightful cheese variant crafted from the milk of goats, has been a staple in various culinary traditions for centuries

It is a nutritional powerhouse,  packed with essential vitamins and minerals. It is a good source of calcium, phosphorus, and B vitamins

With its antioxidant content, goat cheese helps neutralise harmful free radicals in the body. It is an good source of protein, vital for muscle development and repair

Compared to other cheese varieties, it  is lower in fat. These are predominantly unsaturated fats, including heart-healthy monounsaturated fats

It contains a good amount of conjugated linoleic acid, a fatty acid associated with many health benefits, including potential anti-cancer properties and heart health
