Healthy Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken breast - 1 pound Breadcrumbs - 1 cup Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon Egg, beaten - 1 Dipping sauce of your choice

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and any desired seasonings.

Dip each chicken piece into the beaten egg, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the coated chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. You may also serve with a side of fries or a fresh salad to make it a complete meal.
