Healthy Air Fryer Gobhi Samosa Recipe

   100 gm whole wheat flour    Water, as needed     Salt to taste     ½ tsp soda     ⁠1 tbsp oil      Ingredents for the filling      2 tbsp oil      Methi seeds 1 tsp      Kalonji (black caraway) 1 tsp      Mustard seeds 1 tsp      Fennel seeds 1 tsp      Cumin seeds 1 tsp      1 small grated cauliflower      ⁠1 small boiled mashed potato      Salt to taste     1 tsp ginger paste     Finely chopped coriander leaves     1 chopped green chilli     1 tbsp peanuts     Pinch of roasted cumin powder

Knead whole wheat flour into a dough with water, salt, soda and oil. Set it aside.

Heat oil in pan, add a pinch each of methi seeds, kalonji, mustard, fennel seeds and cumin seeds.

⁠Then add grated cauliflower and 1 mashed boiled potato. Sprinkle salt to taste along with ginger paste and cook till it's done.

⁠Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, peanuts and a pinch of roasted cumin powder.

⁠Cook for 2 minutes, set it aside and let it cool.

⁠Roll out the dough into small, thick puris and cut them into semi-circles. Roll into small cones and fill with the stuffing.

Seal the open edges to form samosas. Air fry for 15 minutes at 180 degrees and eat them hot with your favourite chutney.
