Healthy Aloo Palak Paratha Recipe

Ingredients: Spinach puree, 1 cup mashed potatoes, 3 garlic cloves crushed, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp coriander powder

Ingredients: ½ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, 2 cup atta, oil, salt to taste

Add mashed potatoes, spinach puree, spices, atta, and oil in a bowl.

Knead into a dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Make balls out of the dough. Roll it in a paratha.

Cook the paratha on a tawa with ghee.

Serve hot with pickle and curd.
