Healthy and Tasty Avocado Deviled Egg Recipe To Try

Ingredients: - 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled - 1 ripe avocado, mashed - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon mustard - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or paprika (optional)

Cut eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks.

In a bowl, mash yolks with a fork until well broken up.

Spoon yolk mixture back into egg white halves.

Garnish with chives or paprika, if desired.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
