Mashed Potato - 2 cups Onion, chopped - 1 Carrot, chopped - 1 Cabbage, chopped - 1 Ragi - 1 cup Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala - 1 tsp Pepper - 1/2 tsp Salt - As per taste
Ingredients

Step 1
Mix chopped carrots, onions, cabbage, and mashed potatoes in a bowl.

Add red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, pepper, salt, and garam masala. Mix it well.

Add ragi flour to this and combine to make a semi-soft dough. Make small round balls and form them in the shape of the cutlet.

Coat them with breadcrumbs and pan fry or deep fry as per your choice.
