Boiled Beetroot Chilled Yoghurt Chilled Water Ghee Cumin Seeds Ginger Green Chillies Mint Leaves Coriander Ice Cubes
Start by boiling some beetroot. In a blending jar, add the boiled beetroot and chilled yoghurt. Blitz it well till you get a puree-like consistency.
Empty it in a bowl and mix it with some more chilled yoghurt and chilled water until it is all well combined.
Now, it’s time to add tadka to your chaas. For this, add some ghee to a pan.
Add cumin seeds, finely chopped ginger, and green chillies to it.
Add this tadka to the beetroot and yoghurt mixture and whisk it well.
Top it with some mint leaves and finely chopped coriander leaves.
Finally, put some ice cubes in a glass and pour the chilled chaas into it.
Garnish it with some fresh mint leaves and voila, your flavorful, chilled, and amazing chaas is ready to be enjoyed!
