Healthy Carrot and Orange Juice Recipe 

Quench your thirst and stay refreshed with this delicious and nutritious healthy summer drink.

Packed with vitamins and natural flavors, this carrot and orange juice will offer a cooling respite on hot days.

Ingredients

1 large carrot    2 medium oranges    1-inch ginger    ¼ cup lemon juice    Ice cubes    Mint leaves for garnish

Chop carrot, peel oranges, and slice ginger.

Blend all ingredients except mint leaves.

Strain and serve chilled, garnishing with mint leaves.
