Healthy Chicken Soup Recipe You Must Try 

Chicken soup has been a go-to remedy for common cold and a sore throat.

Ingredients: chicken, onions, carrots, peas, corns, salt, pepper, herbs, water

Boil chicken in water and a pinch of salt for a few minutes.

Chop onions, garlic and carrots into small, bite-sized pieces.

In a pan, add the vegetables, salt and saute until it softens.

Now, add chicken broth, salt, oregano and black pepper to it.

Reduce heat and cover partially. Let it simmer for 30 minutes.

Separate the bones from the flesh. Shred the remaining flesh.

Mix the shredded pieces in soup and cook for a few minutes.

Garnish it with coriander leaves, herbs and serve hot.
